We are renowned as a market leader in shipping affordability by working with our courier partners to get you the best possible deal.
Our courier partners include Australian Air Express, Star Track Express and Couriers Please. We understand that for many of you, that you would like to track the progress of your delivery at all times. This is why we made sure that all of our courier partners have a Track and Trace facility which you can ask for on demand.
Same Day Delivery Service City Software also offers to the Melbourne Metropolitan area a Same Day Delivery Service. We know how important it is for businesses to receive there order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This was a key feature of our 'express mail order' model that stood us out from the crowd.
We have forged a strong relationship with First Transport Services in order to give you the best service and price for your dollar, and as such we have two different services available; a 3 Hour Guaranteed Service, and a VIP Point-to-Point Service.

Q: What is the lead time on delivery? If an item is in stock our dedicated warehouse staff will ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible. We have a cut-off for our FAST same day dispatch which is 1:00PM AEST for online orders, and 3:00PM AEST for phone orders.
Depending on where the order is going will determine what the lead time you can expect will be. A brief outline based on our most popular destinations given below will assist before you place your order. Lead times given are based on all products being in stock at the time of ordering:

Q: What do I need to do to get Same Day Delivery? If you would like to arrange a Same Day Delivery service, please call our Internal Sales Team on 1300 658 600. You will be able to find out pricing to your area as well as an accurate lead time.
Our standard Same Day Delivery service guarantees for you to receive your order within 3 hours of time of order. You can apply for a VIP Point-to-Point delivery service at an additional cost. Due to the nature of these delivery methods, we do have cut-offs as given by our couriers, which are outlined below:
3 Hour Guaranteed Same Day Delivery Service: 2:00PM VIP Point-to-Point Same Day Delivery Service: 3:00PM
Note: We can only arrange the Same Day Delivery Service if the destination is in the Metropolitan Melbourne area.
Q: Can I part ship my order? Our web ordering system is an automated process which at this stage we don't have a facility to force a part shipment. If you are wishing to place an order for part shipment, please call our Internal Sales Team on 1300 658 600. Additional charges will apply.
Q: I placed my order for two products online and have only received one. Where is the other product? Don't be alarmed, this happens in a few circumstances as outlined below:
Depending on the shipping destination, some products can arrive quicker then the other in these circumstances. However the best part is that we provide this service at no additional cost!
Q: How do I track the status of my order? If you wish to track the status of your order, simply log on to your account and under the "MY ACCOUNT" menu, select the "My History" button. Here you can view all orders, past and present. Select the order number for the order you are looking to track and you will be able to find the Expected Dispatch, and Expected Arrival.

Q: How do I find out how much will freight cost for my order? The best way to calculate your freight costs would be to add the items you are looking to order into your shopping cart, and select "Checkout." You can then see what the delivery cost is to your default address. If you'd like to check delivery costs to another destination, simply put the destination postcode into the freight field and click "Calculate Freight." Freight costs and delivery time will be updated to reflect this change of postcode.
Q: Can I arrange pickup for my order online? Yes! As a new feature of our website you can select "Delivery" or "Pickup." When "Pickup" is selected, you can pickup from Mt Waverley. Items in stock will be ready for pickup within 2 hours of ordering. Items not in stock will be ordered in on demand and you will receive a notification via email or phone letting you know that your goods are ready for collection.
Q: What do I need to bring in for a pickup? You will need to bring in your Tax Invoice number so that our staff can process your pickup in an efficient manner. Our recommendation would be to bring in a copy of your Tax Invoice which you can print online.
